Trim Up Tuesday - Week One

I figured with everyone else so gung ho to get back into shape that I better jump back on the bandwagon. I've now put on twenty pounds since quitting smoking over 8 months ago. It's time to get back to it. (Now if I could just muster up some enthusiasm.)


  • I worked out 2 times this week.
  • I did 20 minutes of cardio this week.
  • I did 4 hours of brisk activity this week.


  • My new goal is: to make it to the gym at least 3 times this week and to eat out less.

You go Lynda! I need the template for this but I may just do it freehand!

I may need to change it, too. I'm going to try a daily journaling format each week so that I can keep track better. I'll still use part of the original template, but I think daily notes will help me in the long run.

Yay for you! I have mostly lost the 20 I gained with the quit, and daily tracking really did help me. Of course, I spent a couple of weeks going way off course, so I'm getting back on this week, too. :) Good luck!

Hmm... some people need to give me some suggestions! I can work out solutions to some of these things. What do you want added? Notes sections? What do you want more detail on?

I use a spreadsheet to track my daily progress -- do you want me to share that as a download?

Just let me know, I want to make the tool useful for the people who actually want to use it!

I'm not really sure what I want. LoL. Right now, I've got a post going for next Tuesday and am just journaling. We'll see...
