Fat Ticker Friday
I've been such a bad, bad blogger. Things have been pretty boring and normal around here. We've settled into a nice routine since school started. I've been going over and helping Bret's Grandma get up in the morning a little earlier than usual so I can make it to the gym (I know - gasp! - 3 days in a row this week!)
I've been participating in Hot For The Holidays over at Baby Tea Leaves and had a weight loss of 1.5 pounds this morning, which brings me up to a total of 4.5 pounds over the last 3 weeks. I was actually worried that I would have a gain since I just went back to the gym this week, which usually makes me gain before I lose.
The weekend ahead hold no big plans for us. I may just decide to take advantage of it and get some much needed things done around the house that I've been putting off.

Congrats on the loss! I've been debating on getting the Wii Fit. What do you think? Do you recommend it?
We really like it and have been on it every day. The kids and I are competively trying to complete each other's scores. It's fun and I do work up a good sweat during some of the more aerobic activities.
The only problem I've found is that there only seems to be a total of 3 different levels for each activity. I'm predicting that once we hit our maximum scores in each of them, we'll probably lose interest. How long that will take, I'm not sure.
But I'm hopeful that since it's been such a big hit (it's almost impossible to find here) that they will come out with additional games the way they did with Wii Sports.
