Six years ago while anticipating the birth of our second child, I quit my job in the medical field to begin a more rewarding and sometimes more challenging career: full time mom. Up until just recently, I ran a daycare out of my home. I still enjoy being around children so I volunteer at my son's school and am serving as Vice President of the PTO there as well. It's always busy and chaotic around here and you'll definately hear all about it.

Now if you hadn't dismantled my room down there you would have had a big 'ol bed to either sleep in or cover yourself with during the storm!
Except there is a window in there and that part of the basement sticks up halfway out of the ground. Nope, I'll be in the bathtub.
Hang in there. I do miss storms but not the danger part of them.
I enjoyed the rain today....I would not be seeing it in California! Keep the family safe....oh wait you guys do snow too! You will be ok.
Peace,
Diva
I just woke up and am dumfounded. We got nothing. Not a drop. One of these days they may actually get it right and no one is going to believe them.
I hope you made it through those storms in one piece.
That radar shot looks horrible.
