Chantix ...Congratulations on your decision to quit! Chantix has been a blessing for me! The side effects were kind of bad for awhile and have subsided. If you want, check out blog its linked on Maggies. (Diva in Da Chantix House) I thought I may have to go off it. People in my stop smoking class had problems and decreased the dosage and are doing fine now. To me it is way worth it. I wish you much success in your journey.
Peace,
DivaMz Divahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14778043076619087809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29121681.post-74752065602765396382007-12-06T17:18:00.000-06:002007-12-06T17:18:00.000-06:00I think it's like all the rest of the news, you mo...I think it's like all the rest of the news, you most often hear the bad....not all the good. I agree with Maggie, you're under a doctor's care and you always keep a close eye on things medically. You will be just fine and I believe you will continue to be a non-smoker! It's working! Don't second guess yourself.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29121681.post-15256056091381822782007-12-06T11:41:00.000-06:002007-12-06T11:41:00.000-06:00It's sad to hear of these cases, but at least they...It's sad to hear of these cases, but at least they do seem to be fairly rare. It's always important, especially on newer medications, to keep a very close eye on anything goofy and to talk to your doctor if anything seems really off. For me, I would still recommend Chantix to anyone as a consideration under care of a real doctor, of course, because it helped me tremendously. I can tell you positively I would still be smoking right now if not for Chantix. I was not ready to do that battle again without better help this time, and it was hearing about Chantix that made me decide to give it another try. Smoking was likely going to kill me or at least make my life suck later down the road, so the choice was simple for me. I was fortunate and had just minimal side effects like the nausea and gas and cool dreams, so I am grateful all around. It's scary, and it's very good, no, imperative, to stay aware of dangers, but there are tons and tons of others like me (and lots of them even blogging about it like I am) that had good results without the bad stuff.

Good luck!maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17084143630207764529noreply@blogger.com
